• Evangelism Conference and Other things

  Evangelizing in Southhall and the Evangelism Conference
  
  Went to Richards and Damola's church for a conference, Pastor Morgan was there a man we met up in Scotland, he did a wonderful sermon on hell, We evangelised in Uxbridge the first morning and then Tom Checko led us into another sermon and then a question and answer section. Which was all fantastic!
  
  The most shocking thing and greatest thing was as a team we invaded southhall as an evangelistic group which is a primary muslim area, they probably did not know what hit them as evangelists from all over the area descended on them.
  
  I was preaching and some of the others were, I decided to preach outside the Ladbrooks and the bookies. We had some muslims outside and my friends dealt with all the hecklers, other evangelists. Nick, our friend actually walks into the bookies and talks to the manager about Jesus, DDT who was a very tall black guy just would stop every rough looking guy and share the gospel with them. Hebzibah who was a chinese lady just humbly walked up to people and shared the gospel with them, Damola who is Richards wife preached on the street with a passion, as richard her husband did when preaching on the train on the way here.
  
  Our most shocking thing for me was Muslims using words such as repentance and forgiveness! Saying that Allah will forgive them and that they believe in repentance. It seems that Muslims have learnt the Christian lingo, As paul says we preach christ and him crucified.
  
  Richards Church and Multifaith and Unity
  In Richards Church they had a guest speaker who was a Church of England Minister, who was using this passage

  11 And now I am no more in the world, but these are in the world, and I come to thee. Holy Father, keep through thine own name those whom thou hast given me, that they may be one, as we are. 12 While I was with them in the world, I kept them in thy name: those that thou gavest me I have kept, and none of them is lost, but the son of perdition; that the scripture might be fulfilled. 13 And now come I to thee; and these things I speak in the world, that they might have my joy fulfilled in themselves. 14 I have given them thy word; and the world hath hated them, because they are not of the world, even as I am not of the world. 15 I pray not that thou shouldest take them out of the world, but that thou shouldest keep them from the evil. 16 They are not of the world, even as I am not of the world.

  17 Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth. 18 As thou hast sent me into the world, even so have I also sent them into the world. 19 And for their sakes I sanctify myself, that they also might be sanctified ^F35 through the truth.

  20 Neither pray I for these alone, but for them also which shall believe on me through their word; 21 That they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe that thou hast sent me. 22 And the glory which thou gavest me I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one: 23 I in them, and thou in me, that they may be made perfect in one; and that the world may know that thou hast sent me, and hast loved them, as thou hast loved me.

  24 Father, I will that they also, whom thou hast given me, be with me where I am; that they may behold my glory, which thou hast given me: for thou lovedst me before the foundation of the world. 25 O righteous Father, the world hath not known thee: but I have known thee, and these have known that thou hast sent me. 26 And I have declared unto them thy name, and will declare it: that the love wherewith thou hast loved me may be in them, and I in them.
  

  
  

  What I highlighted in blue is what scripture passages he was talking about he was going along the lines that Jesus wanted everyone to be one, you do not say after an evangelism conference about this as evangelists agree with that we are one with those that the world know has truly sent them. Not all the church is the church.
  

  In recent months, we have found among the catholics a gospel, even among the muslims that they are trying to make there faith as palletable to christians. A good forgery always make things as close to the real thing as possible and this is what we are finding out on the street.
  

  Anyway if you notice the verses in blue that this minister took it was very suttle, if he even went back a few verses, he would have got the verses about sactifying them in truth and even further back about the world hating us because we love Jesus, he chose those verses as in not to offend anyone. I noted to him that unity is so that the world may know of jesus and that even makes a complete change to the passage!

  Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: they shall prosper that love thee.

  With Barak Obama's speech in Cairo this was another thing I was shocked about, he said Jesus, Moses, Allah, Peace be upon them which makes obama a muslim. As a christian he would never make a statement.
  When we were going through this in one of our sermons, What he mentions is the Story of Isra, you may think that is just a little added extra. According to Tony and wikipedia, Muhahamed was suppose to go into glory from an unknown place. As Muhamaed died it does not make any sense but the reason is that in this decleration Obama wants to divide the city of jerusalem!
  Tony was also saying that The Dome of the Rock was a mess before they decided to make it there third holy place. it was suppose to be a wreck before they decided to renew it!

  It makes it clear in scripture what is the land of Israel which actually includes lebanon, the gaza strip and the west bank.
  
  Israel in scripture is called the apple of gods eye.
  
  

  Zechariah 2:6-9

  6 Ho, ho, come forth, and flee from the land of the north, saith the LORD: for I have spread you abroad as the four winds of the heaven, saith the LORD. 7 Deliver thyself, O Zion, that dwellest with the daughter of Babylon. 8 For thus saith the LORD of hosts; After the glory hath he sent me unto the nations which spoiled you: for he that toucheth you toucheth the apple of his eye. 9 For, behold, I will shake mine hand upon them, and they shall be a spoil to their servants: and ye shall know that the LORD of hosts hath sent me.

  and Jesus was jewish.
  
  Stand up for Israel as we have a Jewish Messiah and most of the writers of the new testament were Jewish!
